To receive full parts and labour cover, your boiler must be a natural gas or LPG model manufactured by one of the following approved brands:
- Worcester Bosch
- Vaillant
- Ideal
- Baxi
- Glow-Worm
- Viessmann
- Potterton
- Main / Intergas / Alpha
- Excluded Brands & System Components
❌ The following brands, heating systems, and specific components are strictly excluded from our cover plans:
- Obsolete/High-Failure Brands: We do not cover brands where replacement parts are no longer readily available in the UK (including Ferroli, Biasi, Keston, and Vokera models over 10 years old).
- Alternative Heating Types: Electric boilers, heat pumps, biomass systems, and open-flue appliances.
- Specialist Cylinders: Specialist or proprietary hot water cylinders, including Elson, Gledhill Pulsacoil, or similar thermal store systems.
- Showers & Pumps: Complete shower units, shower pumps, digital or electric mixer valves, shower screens, and trays.
- Concealed Plumbing & Sanitary Ware: Repairs to concealed toilet cisterns, wall-hung toilets, or built-in vanity plumbing units where gaining physical access requires removing tiles, boxing, cladding, or fitted bathroom furniture.
- Inaccessible Equipment (Safe Access Limitations): Header tanks, feed and expansion tanks, or cylinders located in inaccessible areas (such as unboarded lofts) where there is no permanent loft ladder, secure flooring, or adequate lighting to allow our engineers to work safely
